BESPOKE + LOCAL DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

 

Delivery

Our preferred delivery company is Parcelforce.  When placing an order, you can specify your delivery date (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays, and Saturday (morning)).  Parcelforce provides a fully tracked service and signature on delivery.

The cost of delivery is included in your order.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

We will do our utmost to ensure deliveries are made on the requested date.  We accept full responsibility for actioning the dispatch of our goods and services. The responsibility for the delivery rests with the third-party delivery company. Occasionally due to acts of God or practical issues such as lorry breakdowns or driver issues, deliveries may be delayed.

Bespoke + Local does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about because of inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details. Bespoke + Local reserves the right to charge you an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

 

Cancellation & Returns

As we work together to create a bespoke gift box for your recipient and the gifts are made to specific requirements, a gift box is non-refundable from the point you confirm you are happy with the gift list.  If you would like to cancel your order prior to this confirmation, please contact hello@bespokeandlocal.co.uk

In the case where you are unhappy with your order on receipt either due to damage, product issue or error please contact hello@bespokeandlocal.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will endeavour to put right any issues.

We are unable to accept refunds with incorrect delivery addresses, unopened parcels, delays caused by weather conditions, or gifts to recipients who are away or unable to receive the goods.

If we are unable to resolve the problem with your order (damage, product issue or error), to be eligible for a return, your gift box must be unused and in the same condition it was received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.  Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, any sum debited to us will be credited to your account within 30 days of your order.

If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

If the item was purchased as a gift and was shipped directly to you as a gift recipient, we will issue the refund to the purchaser, and he/she will find out about your return.
